Our standard policies and procedures for recruitment services

Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cfuture Manpower Hiring Agency's recruitment services. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Requirements for Companies

If The Company is ready to sign up with us:

Company should provide JD Form for each position

Date of Interview has to be intimated to us before 2 days

Intimate us about closing positions early

Every selected candidate's offer letter scan copy should be sent to our Mail id only

Service Charges

Recruitment Service Charges

Our standard recruitment service charges will be 8.33% on Annual CTC (Excluding GST) for all level requirements.

Invoicing

The invoice will be submitted within 30 days of candidate's joining.

Replacement Policy

Free Replacement Guarantee

If any candidate leaves the organization within 90 days of his/her joining, Cfuture Manpower Solutions will provide one time free replacement.

These terms are effective as of the date of engagement and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by Cfuture Manpower Hiring Agency.
